Presently in Virtusa India as Director – Delivery and Technology and an IBM certified Senior Consultant, who has bagged the “IBM Eminence and excellence award winner for 3 years in row”, offers 23 years in strategy and delivery roles in Technology ( Including AI and Digital Footprints) Prime focus remains in banking and financial sectors significantly catering towards Large Scale Program, Delivery and Project Management, Functional consultancy and Business Development. Record of flawlessly executing multiple enterprise solutions in Banking Regulatory compliance related functionalities, Flexcube Core Banking System, Payment system pertaining to Open API, IBM API connect product, RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT, Visa cards and various gateways such as CLS, NPP and Treasury Management system expertise.
Extensive exposure in leading IT strategy and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, budgeting, cost optimization, pragmatic technical solutions, process improvements, stakeholder management and leading cross – functional teams. A skilled leader, forges partnership with senior leaders and strives to build strong collaboration empowering his team. At present he heads Virtusa India’s multiple high scale project deliveries as the Director Delivery of the Middle East Region, specializing in spearheading AMS (Application maintenance systems), Testing and Program management and development engagements in the banking domain.

Additionally has been the leader for “AIP and ARM ( Academic Interface program ) as part of Talent acquisition in HR Graduate Hire program space. Have set the rules for accreditation of colleges as part of recruitment process and have also been instrumental in setting up of COE – as part of HR driven program
